SongLong Tan Uyen Industrial Park is a high quality factory and warehouse industrial park conveniently located near national highway 13 in Tan Uyen district, Binh Duong Province. It’s only 32 km from Ho Chi Minh City with Tan Son Nhat international airport. Song Than container sea port is only only 15 km away. Saigon International sea port is only 31 km from us.

The industrial park complex includes ten buildings (A1 A2 A3 A4 B1 B2 C1 C2 A5A A5B) that can be used as factories or warehouses. Buildings A1 A2 A3 A4 B1 B2 C1 have been completed. Building C2 is scheduled to be completed in 5/2014. The remaining buildings will be completed by late 2014.

10. Transformer power of 150 KVA is standard with no cost to customer. Cost sharing agreement is needed if more than 150 KVA more is required

Fee and Deposit                                                                           

1.      USD $1.80 - $2.00/m2 for manufacturing facilities, not including 10% VAT tax, payable in VND based on exchange rate set by Vietcombank at billing time.

2.   USD $2.10 - $2.20/m2 for high quality facilities, not including 10% VAT tax, payable in VND based on exchange rate set by Vietcombank at billing time.

3.      A six month of rent deposit is required for a five year contract. A three month of rent deposit is required for a three year contract. Rents are paid at the beginning of each month.
